Hops
The buds of Hop flowers (Humulus Lupulus) have shown evidence in some scientific research to help with supporting sleep, especially when in combination with Valerian Root.
Valerian Root
Valerian Root (Valeriana Officinalis) has been used for centuries to help with supporting sleep. Research has found evidence that the root extract has sleep supporting properties.
